Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of Gnuf
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to, and are binding upon You if You participate in any of the Games available at www.gnuf.com.
1.1.1. “Game/s” means any Game or Games which You are permitted to play on the Websites.
1.1.2. “Gaming Account” means a unique Account that has been issued by Gnuf to You.
1.1.3. “Website/s” means www.Gnuf.com or any derivative thereof and all content therein.
1.1.4. “We/Us/Our/The Company/Gnuf” means Gnuf Limited, the owners and operators of the Websites and the related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms.
1.1.5. “You/Your/Player/s” mean individuals who accept these T&Cs.
1.2. These T&Cs constitute a binding agreement between You and Gnuf.
1.3. Gnuf is a limited liability company incorporated in Malta, and subject to Maltese law, having its registered address at Gnuf Ltd. 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira GZR 1300, Malta.
1.4. Gnuf is licensed and regulated in Malta by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority, licence number LGA/CL3/302/2006.
1.5. These T&Cs come into force as soon as You click on the “ACCEPT” button, by doing which You signify to Gnuf that You have read these T&Cs and accept them. By using any of the Websites You signify that You agree with these T&Cs.
1.6. You must read these T&Cs carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “ACCEPT” button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&Cs You must not use or continue to use the Websites.
1.7. Gnuf reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time without giving notice. Your continued use of the Website following such amendment shall constitute Your acceptance of any such amendment.
1.8. Rules and explanations for placing various types of bets and wagers on various events provided separately on the Websites are incorporated into these T&Cs by reference.
1.9. These T&Cs may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and Gnuf and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&Cs, the English version shall prevail.
1.10 By accepting these Terms and Conditions You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money when gambling by means of the Website and You are fully responsible for any such loss. You agree that Your use of the Website is at Your sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to Your losses You shall have no claims whatsoever against Gnuf or any white label partner or their respective directors, officers or employees.
2.1. You may participate in any of the Games if and only if:
2.1.1.You are over eighteen (18) years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of Your residence; and
2.1.2. it is legal for You to participate in the Games according to applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Your residence; and
2.2. It is entirely and solely Your responsibility to enquire and ensure that You do not breach laws applicable to You by participating in the Games. You are not permitted to participate in any real money games on the Websites if You are resident in The United States of America, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Poland, South Africa, The Sudan, Syria, The State of Israel, Turkey or France. Gnuf excludes to the fullest extent lawfully permitted all liability for any use of the Website, whether the service is moderated or not.
2.3 Gnuf reserves the right to amend the list of countries in from which it will not open accounts, or process bets or financial transactions from time to time at its sole discretion.
3.1. Registration and opening of Your Gaming Account
3.1.1. In order for You to be able to make wagers at any of the Websites, You must first register with Gnuf and open an account (“Gaming Account”).
3.1.2. You are allowed to have only one Gaming Account with Gnuf.com. Duplicate accounts will be unilaterally closed by Us. All bets and bonus bets on such duplicate accounts will be void and all funds deposited by You will be returned to You less a 10% handling fee. In the case of a player registering multiple accounts in such a manner that would indicate clear intent to mislead Gnuf.com as to the true identity of the player concerned, We shall be entitled, at our sole discretion, to withhold all funds due, including initial deposits.
3.1.3. All mandatory information requested by Us must be submitted via Your registration form. You hereby warrant that the details submitted by You are true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that We carry out verification procedures and Your Gaming Account may be blocked or closed if You are found to supply false or misleading information.
3.1.4. If You notice that You have more than one Gaming Account under different names, You must notify Us immediately.
3.1.5. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your username and password for Your login into the Websites. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. Gnuf is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Gaming Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.
3.2. Deposits into Your Gaming Account
3.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds in Your Gaming Account for such participation. Gnuf shall not give You any credit whatsoever for participation in any Game.
3.2.2. We reserve the right to make amendments to the rules and policies relating to Your Gaming Accounts. All existing rules and policies and notice of changes to existing rules and policies shall be contained and advertised within the banking section of the relevant Website. To deposit funds into Your Gaming Account, You can use any of the methods specified in the relevant pages of the Websites, as may be amended from time to time.
3.2.3. Gnuf reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into Your Gaming Account.
3.3. Payouts
3.3.1. Gnuf will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of MTL 1,000 (approximately EUR 2,300) and reserves the right to carry such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.
3.4. Withdrawals from Your betting account
3.4.1. Withdrawals can be made from Your Gaming Account as per the instructions found within the Banking section of the relevant Website.
3.4.2 With the exception of Progressive Jackpot wins, the maximum withdrawal value per week is €4,000. The remaining amount will be returned to the player’s account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management.
3.5. Dormant Gaming Accounts
3.5.1. A Dormant Account shall mean a Gaming Account that has been inactive for a period of 6 (six) months or more (“Dormant Account”). A Dormant Player means a Player who has a Dormant Account (“Dormant Player”).
3.6. Irregular betting pattern
Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus, credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met, unless that is allowed in the specific term of a campaign. Should it be deemed that irregular game play has occurred, We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
3.7 Bonuses
All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any complimentary bonus credited to Your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions. In the event that Gnuf believes You are abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or You are likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by Gnuf, Gnuf may at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from You any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy either temporarily or permanently, or terminate Your access to the Services and/or block Your account. In such circumstances, Gnuf shall be under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your accounts other than Your original deposit amounts. Gnuf reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.
3.8 Other
3.8.1 The transfer of funds between individual poker accounts is strictly prohibited.
3.8.2 Any monies held in Your Account shall not attract interest.
3.8.3 Gnuf reserves the right to run credit checks on all cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the cardholder’s responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
4.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:
4.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated in the jurisdiction of Your residence and, under the laws applicable to You, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Websites.
4.1.2. You participate in the Games strictly in Your personal non- professional capacity for recreational and entertainment reasons only;
4.1.3. You participate in the Games on Your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
4.1.4. You are not resident in Israel, Poland, the United States of America or South Africa;
4.1.5. All information that You provide to Gnuf during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that You shall immediately notify Gnuf of any change of such information;
4.1.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from Gnuf;
4.1.7. All money that You deposit into Your Gaming Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;
4.1.8. You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Gaming Account;
4.1.9. The use, in any manner whatsoever, of artificial intelligence including without limitation, “robots” is strictly forbidden when participating in any of the Games on the Websites. All participation in the Games on the websites must be executed by You personally through the use interface made available by Us on the Websites. You agree that Gnuf may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA Programmes. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programmes running concurrently with the Gnuf computer software on Your computer.
4.1.10. In the event that We deem You have been involved in any fraudulent, improper, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or any third parties’ participation in any of the Games on any of the Websites including without limitation, use of a prohibited EPA Program, use of any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games, or that You have colluded or attempted to collude with another user of the Websites, We shall be entitled to take such action as We see fit, including without limitation, immediately blocking Yours and any relevant third parties from accessing the Websites, terminating Your Gaming Account, seizing all monies held in Your Gaming Account, invalidating any bets placed by You utilising such fraudulent methods and report You and any third parties’ to the federal or local authorities
4.1.11. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Gaming Account. You shall only use credit card and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.
4.1.12. The computer software that We make available to You is owned by Microgaming and/or other licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions We have established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You hereby agree to abide by the terms of use contained within the End User Licence Agreement
4.1.13. Games played on Our Website should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. This means that players should be courteous to each other and avoid rude or obscene comments.
5.1. You hereby acknowledge and accept that its is necessary for Gnuf to collect and otherwise store Your personal data in order to allow You access and use of the Website and in order to allow You to participate in Games. You hereby acknowledge and accept that all telephone calls made by You to Gnuf shall be recorded for Your own protection and benefit.
5.2. The Company hereby acknowledges that in collecting Your personal details as stated in the previous provision, We are bound by the Data Protection Act, Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta. The Company will protect Your personal information and respect Your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws.
5.3. Gnuf will only use Your personal data to allow You to participate in the Games and to carry out operations relevant to Your participation in the Games.
5.4. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary for processing of Your requests in relation to Your participation in the Games or unless it is required by law. You hereby consent to such disclosures.
5.5. You have the right to access personal data held by Gnuf about You.
5.6. In order to provide You with an efficient service, Gnuf and/or its service providers may require transferring Your personal data from one country to another. You hereby consent to Your personal data being transferred in this manner.
5.7. In the processing of Your Gaming Account and associated transactions, Gnuf may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies. You hereby consent to such disclosures. Gnuf will instruct and authorise the credit financial institution by which a Player’s account is held to disclose any information as may be requested by the LGA in respect of a Player’s account. Gnuf will disclose personal data when ordered to do so by any Governing Authority and/or under any legal provision contained in the Governing Law or in order to enforce our terms of use as stated in these T&C’s for fraud.
5.8. In order to make Your visit to the Websites more user-friendly, to keep track of visits to the Websites and to improve the service, Gnuf collects a small piece of information sent from Your browser, called a cookie. You can, if You wish, turn off the collection of cookies (please refer to Your browser instructions as to how to do this). You must note, however, that turning off cookies may restrict Your use of the Websites.
5.9. We may also inform You of changes, new services and promotions We think that You may find interesting. If You do not wish to receive direct marketing data You may opt out of such service by contacting support@gnuf.com.
5.10 The data that Gnuf collects from the Player may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of Your order, the processing of Your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting Your personal data, You agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Gnuf will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Although We will do our best to protect Your personal data, We cannot guarantee the security of Your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at Your own risk. Once We have received Your information, We will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
6.1. We hereby grant You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Websites and the Software and all content derived from the Websites and the Software, including copyright and all intellectual property rights therein, in connection with the Websites and Games in accordance with these T&Cs.
6.2. You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Websites and the Software shall remain at all times vested in Us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by Us or our licensors.
6.3. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Websites is made available for Your personal non-commercial use only and that You may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of such material and content is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, tamper with, or create derivative works of such material and content.
7.1. The Websites are designed for amusement purposes and for personal use. If You have ever been diagnosed with any form of compulsive gambling disorder, You are prohibited from participating in any real money games at the Websites. If You feel that You have a problem with compulsive or habitual gambling, please seek professional help, and avoid this, and any other gambling website. The Website supports responsible gaming.
8.1. If You have a complaint, You can email customer support on support@gnuf.com and Gnuf will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly.
8.2 The current balance and transaction history of Your account may be viewed at any time. Should there be any claim or dispute arising from past or current transactions please contact Us. If We are unable to settle the dispute We will refer the dispute to an arbiter, such as IBAS, whose decision will be final subject to full representation given to all parties involved.
8.3 Gnuf will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a timely and responsible manner however where a dispute remains unresolved by both parties arbitration may be sought as described above. If after this process a matter still remains unresolved a dispute may be brought to the LGA at complaints@lga.org.mt .
9.1. The Website and the computer software are provided “as is”. We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Website or the computer software.
9.2. We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by You to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by Us.
9.3. We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty but we will correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. If a fault occurs You should report the fault by email or in writing to Customer Support.
9.4. Although We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the computer software and files are free from computer viruses We cannot and do not guarantee that the computer software and files are free of such problems. It is Your responsibility to protect Your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programmes lost due to a virus.
9.5. We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Website for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give You as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Website, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.
9.6. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.
9.7. In accordance with clause 10 below, We will not be liable to You for any loss that You may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
10.1 You indemnify and hold harmless Gnuf, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of Gnuf and any of its subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or other) arising from any participation by You at the Websites. The nature of Your participation shall include, but not be limited to:
10.1.1. visiting, use or re-use of the Websites;
10.1.2. use or re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, the Websites of any other source whatsoever;
10.1.3. entry, use or re-use of the Websites servers;
10.1.4. facilitating or making a deposit into Your Gaming Account;
10.1.5. wagering or gaming at the Websites;
10.1.6. acceptance and use of any win or prize at or from the Websites;
10.1.7. use of re-use of the computer software, whether downloaded from the Websites or by any other means of through any other medium.
10.2 In no circumstances whatsoever shall Gnuf, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of Gnuf and any of its subsidiaries be liable to You in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss of damage howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, or for any amounts whatsoever (even where We have been notified by You of the possibility of such loss or damage).
11.1. We may refuse to register You as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude You or suspend You as a Player from any or all of the Websites at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
11.2. You acknowledge hereby that Gnuf is not obliged to give You prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend You, nor to furnish You with any reasons for such decision.
11.3. If we deregister or exclude or suspend You from the Websites We shall have the right to:
11.3.1. withhold payment to You of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, casino credits, payouts or the like; and/or
11.3.2. solely determine what criteria You shall have to meet in order to establish a New Gaming Account with Gnuf; and/or
11.3.3. in the case of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct by You or failure by You to pay sums due to Us:
11.3.3.1. furnish any relevant information about You to an intra-group database recording such mischief and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collections agency for the recovery of any sums that You owe Us. You hereby irrevocably authorise Us to do so in our absolute discretion, and/or
11.3.3.2. have forfeited to Us any contested funds that may be derived by You from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.
11.4 We are aware that the good faith spirit of bonuses are sometimes abused and for this reason before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets using Your entire or the majority of Your account balance, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute “irregular play” or “bonus abuse” for bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any cash-ins where irregular play has occurred to meet bonus play-through requirements.
12.1. Gnuf employees, subsidiaries and affiliates connected to any referral programmes linked to Gnuf, advertising or other agencies, licensees, licensors, distributors and their other associated or affiliated companies or, in the case of individuals, the immediate family of such individuals, are not eligible to participate in the Games on the Websites.
13.1. No indulgence granted by Gnuf to You should be construed as a waiver of any of Gnuf’s rights in terms of these T&Cs.
14.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these T&Cs shall create or confer any rights on any persons not party to these T&Cs.
15.1. If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&Cs and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
16.1. Gnuf reserves the right to assign or ot
herwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
17.1. Unless the context otherwise indicates, these T&Cs set out the entire agreement between Us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, arrangements or understandings between Us. You acknowledge that You are not relying on any representation, agreement, term or a condition that is not set out in this Agreement.
18.1 Gnuf is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
18.2 Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Gnuf and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through currency exchange transactions. Where Gnuf deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification.
18.3 Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Gnuf and it systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. You will not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. If Gnuf has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these T&C’s, Your access to the Website will be terminated immediately and/or Your account blocked. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances. Gnuf is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition Gnuf shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with Gnuf to investigate any such activity.
18.4 Gnuf shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the T&C’S that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
18.5 In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your software and Gnuf’s server software, the result showing on Gnuf’s server software shall be the official and governing result.
18.6 You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from the Casino.
18.7 We consider these T&C’s to be fair. Should You need any advice regarding these or any other part of our service, please contact on support@gnuf.com. In the interests of both our Players and Gnuf, please note that all correspondence and telephone calls may be recorded.
19.1. These T&Cs are governed by the Laws of Malta and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
20.1 Identification Checks
Gnuf reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
• copy of card in question (if applicable)
• copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Drivers License
• documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.
20.2 Credit Checks
Gnuf reserves the right to run credit checks on all Cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.
20.3 Records
It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the Cardholder’s responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
20.4 Withdrawals
Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card. There may be charges incurred for withdrawals. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. Please note that any withdrawals may experience a slight delay due to our identity verification process.
20.5 Updating Payment Details
Updating or adding additional payment details may only be done by contacting Player Services.

Players who withdraw a sum of money that is 5 times or more greater than their lifetime deposits across all Gnuf casinos will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of €4,000 per week. The remaining amount will be placed back in the player’s account until such time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal. This clause will only be applied at the discretion of casino management. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.
1. The Welcome Bonus is a 100% Match up to £250 based on a New Player’s 1st deposit at the casino. (example: deposit £250 and receive a £250 Welcome Bonus – total account balance = £500)
2. This offer is only valid to New Players and must be claimed within 7 days of a Real Account being registered.
3. To qualify for a 100% Welcome Bonus, a minimum of £20 must be deposited within 7 days of the Real Account being registered.
4. The maximum Welcome Bonus is £250 and only 1 Bonus is permitted per New Player.
Note: the Welcome Bonus will automatically be credited to the Bonus Account upon a successful 1st deposit of £20 or more.
1. The 2nd Deposit Bonus is a 25% Match up to £250 based on a New Player’s 2nd deposit at the casino. (example: deposit £1000 and receive a £250 2nd Deposit Bonus – total account balance = £1250)
2. This offer is only valid to New Players and must be claimed within 7 days of a Real Account being registered.
3. To qualify for a 2nd Deposit Bonus, a minimum 2nd deposit of £20 must be made within 7 days of the Real Account being registered.
