Regler och Villkor för användning av Gnufs tjänster
Dessa Villkor & Bestämmelser gäller och är bindande för Dig om Du deltar i något av de Spel som finns tillgängliga på www.Gnuf.com.
1.1. I dessa Regler & Villkor avses med
1.1.1. “Spel” alla Spel som Du har rätt att spela på någon av sajterna.
1.1.2. “Spelkonto” ett unikt konto som utfärdats av Gnuf till Dig.
1.1.3. “Sajt/er” www.Gnuf.com eller varje avledning därav och allt innehåll därpå.
1.1.4. “Vi/Oss/Vår/Företaget/Gnuf” Gnuf Limited, ägaren och operatören av Sajterna och relaterade plattformar.
1.1.5. “Du/Spelare” individer som accepterar dessa Villkor & bestämmelser.
1.2. Dessa Regler & Villkor utgör en bindande överenskommelse mellan Dig och Gnuf.
1.3. Gnuf är ett företag med begränsad ansvarighet inkorporerat på Malta och föremål för maltesisk lagstiftning, med registrerad adress på Gnuf Ltd. 9 Empire Stadium Street, Gzira GZR 1300, Malta.
1.4. Gnuf är licensierat och reglerat på Malta av Maltas Lotteries and Gaming Authority, licensnummer LGA/CL3/302/2006.
1.5. Dessa Regler & Villkor träder i kraft så snart Du klickar på “ACCEPTERA”-knappen, och genom att klicka uttrycker Du för Gnuf att Du har läst dessa Regler & Villkor och att Du accepterar dem. Genom att använda någon av Sajterna visar Du att Du accepterar dessa Regler & Villkor.
1.6. Du måste läsa dessa Regler & Villkor noggrant och i helhet innan Du klickar på “ACCEPTERA”-knappen. Om Du inte accepterar någon del av dessa Regler & Villkor får Du inte fortsätta använda Sajterna.
1.7. Gnuf förbehåller sig rätten att när som helst och utan förvarning ändra dessa Regler & Villkor. Din fortsatta användning av Sajten efter sådan ändring innefattar Ditt accepterande av alla sådana ändringar.
1.8. Regler för och förklaringar av placering av olika typer av insatser i olika sammanhang som som ges separat på Sajterna omfattas av dessa Regler & Villkor genom referens.
1.9. Dessa Regler & Villkor kan publiceras på flera olika språk i informationssyfte och för att underlätta för spelare. Det är endast den engelska versionen som utgör den juridiska basen för förhållandet mellan Dig och Gnuf och i händelse av diskrepans mellan en icke-engelsk version och den engelska versionen av dessa Regler & Villkor gäller den engelska versionen.
1.10 Genom att acceptera dessa Regler & Villkor så är du fullt medveten om att det finns en risk att förlora pengar när man spelar på hemsidor och du är fullt ansvarig för några sådana förluster. Du godkänner att din användning av hemsidan sker på eget val, diskretion och risk. I förhållande till dina förluster ska du inte ha några som helst anspråk mot Gnuf eller någon annan marknadsföringspartner eller deras respektive direktörer, chefer eller anställda.
2.1. Du får delta i Spelen endast om:
2.1.1. Du är över arton (18) år gammal eller har uppnått den myndighetsålder som stipuleras i lagstiftningen där Du bor; och
2.1.2. det är tillåtet för Dig att delta i Spelen enligt de lagar som gäller där Du bor.
2.2. Det är helt och hållet Ditt ansvar att säkerställa att Du inte bryter mot de lagar som gäller Dig genom att delta i spelen. Du har inte rätt att delta i spel för riktiga pengar på Sajterna om Du bor i USA, Israel, Kuba, Iran, Irak, Elfenbenskusten, Polen, Nordkorea, Turkiet, Sydafrika, Sudan, Syrien eller Frankrike. Gnuf utesluter i all laglig utsträckning användning av webbplatsen för dessa personer, vare sig tjänsten är modererad eller inte.
2.3 Gnuf förbehåller sig rätten att ändra listan av länder där det inte får öppnas några konton eller genomföras satsningar och finansiella transaktioner efter eget gottfinnande.
3.1. Registrering och öppnande av Ditt Spelkonto
3.1.1. För att Du ska kunna göra insatser på någon av Sajterna måste Du först registrera Dig hos Gnuf och öppna ett konto (“Spelkonto”).
3.1.2. Du tillåts endast ha ett spelkonto med Gnuf.com. Öppnar du flera konton kommer samtliga att stängas av oss. Alla oddsspel och spel med bonusar på multipla konton kommer att annulleras och alla pengar som har satts in kommer att skickas tillbaka till dig med en 10% expeditionsavgift. Om en spelare har registrerat flera konton på ett sådant sätt som tyder på avsikten att vilseleda Gnuf.com gällande den berörda spelarens verkliga identitet har vi rätt att efter eget gottfinnande behålla alla pengar, inklusive första insättningen.
3.1.3. All obligatorisk information som efterfrågas av Oss måste avlämnas via Ditt registeringsformulär. Du försäkrar härmed att de uppgifter Du angett är sanna, fullständiga och korrekta. Du görs härmed uppmärksam på att Vi utför verifikationsprocedurer och att Ditt Spelkonto kan blockeras eller stängas om Du befinns ange falsk eller vilseledande information.
3.1.4. Om Du upptäcker att Du har mer än ett Spelkonto under olika namn måste Du omedelbart göra Oss uppmärksamma på detta.
3.1.5. Som en del av registreringsprocessen måste Du välja Ditt användarnamn och lösenord för inloggning på Sajterna. Det är Ditt ansvar att säkerställa att Dina inloggningsuppgifter förvaras på ett säkert ställe. Du får inte avslöja Dina inloggningsuppgifter för någon. Gnuf ansvarar inte för missbruk av Ditt Spelkonto av tredje part om du skulle avslöja, vare sig avsiktligt eller av misstag, vare sig aktivt eller passivt, Dina inloggningsuppgifter till en tredje part.
3.2. Insättningar på Ditt Spelkonto
3.2.1. Du får delta i Spel endast om Du har tillräckliga medel på Ditt Spelkonto för sådant deltagande. Gnuf erbjuder aldrig någonsin kredit för deltagande i Spel.
3.2.2. Vi förbehåller Oss rätten att göra ändringar i regler och riktlinjer avseende Ditt Spelkonto. Alla befintliga regler och riktlinjer samt meddelande om förändringar i existerande regler och riktlinjer ska innefattas och annonseras i banksektionen på den relevanta Sajten. För att sätta in pengar på Ditt Spelkonto kan Du använda någon av de metoder som finns specifierade på de relevanta sidorna av Sajterna.
3.2.3. Gnuf förbehåller sig rätten att använda ytterligare procedurer och medel för att verifiera Din identitet när insättningar görs på Ditt Spelkonto.
3.3. Utbetalningar
3.3.1. Gnuf kommer att genomföra ytterligare verifikationskontroller vid utbetalningar som överstiger 2,300€ och förbehåller rätten att genomföra sådana verifikationkontroller i händelse av mindre utbetalningar.
3.4. Uttag från Ditt Spelkonto
3.4.1. Uttag kan göras från Ditt Spelkonto i enlighet med de instruktioner som återfinns i Banksektionen av relevant Sajt.
3.4.2 Med undantag för Progressiva Jackpottvinster är uttagsbeloppet begränsat till 4,000€ per vecka. Återstående belopp kommer att återföras till spelarens konto tills dess att ytterligare uttag är berättigade. Denna klausul kommer endast att tillämpas efter casinoledningens bedömning.
3.5. Vilande Spelkonton
3.5.1. Med Vilande Konto menas ett Spelkonto som har varit inaktivt under en period av 6 (sex) månader eller mer (“Vilande Konto”). En Vilande Spelare innebär en Spelare som har ett Vilande Konto (“Vilande Spelare”).
3.6. Ovanliga spelmönster
Innan uttag behandlas så kommer ditt spelande att granskas för eventuella spelmönster. För att åstadkomma ett rättvist spel så kommer likvärdiga, satsningar med ingen eller låg marginal, eller kurssäkra satsningar att betraktas som olagligt spel för satsningskraven för bonus. Andra exempel på oregelbundet spel inkluderar men är inte begränsat till, att enstaka satsningar är lika med eller överstiger 30% eller mer av värdet på bonusen som krediterats till kontot till dess att satsningskraven för bonusen har uppfyllts. Om Casinot anser att oregelbundet spel har förekommit så förbehåller Casinot sig rätten att neka uttag och/eller konfiskera alla vinster.
3.7 Bonusar
Alla kampanjer, bonusar eller specialerbjudanden är föremål för kampanjspecifika regler och villkor, och ytterligare bonusar som krediteras till ditt konto lyder under sådana regler och villkor. I händelse av att Gnuf tror att du missbrukar eller försöker missbruka en bonus eller kampanj eller om du troligtvis kommer att gynnas genom missbruk eller oärlighet gällande spelprinciper som antagits av Gnuf så kommer Gnuf efter eget gottfinnande neka, undanhålla eller ta ifrån dig bonusar eller kampanjer samt upphäva revelanta policies antingen temporärt eller permanent, eller avsluta din åtkomst till servicen och/eller blockera ditt konto. I sådana fall så skall Gnuf inte under några omständigheter vara skyldiga att betala dig tillbaka några andra pengar som kan finnas på ditt konto än de ursprungliga insättningarna. Gnuf förbehåller sig rättigheterna att ta tillbaka kampanjer, bonusar eller specialerbjudanden när som helst.
3.8 Annat
3.8.1 Överföring av pengar mellan enskilda pokerkonton är strikt förbjudet.
3.8.2 Ingen ränta kommer att ges på de belopp som finns på ditt konto.
3.8.3 Gnuf förbehåller sig rätten att göra kreditkontroller på alla kortinnehavare med tredje parts kreditagenturer med informationen som anges vid registrering som grund. Det är kortinnehavarens ansvar att behålla kopior av transaktionshistorik samt webbsidans regler och riktlinjer. Det är också kortinnehavarens ansvar att veta vilka lagar som gäller angående onlinespel i landet där denne är bosatt.
4.1. Härmed kungör och försäkrar Du att:
4.1.1. Du är över 18 år gammal eller har uppnått myndighetsåldern som stipuleras av lagstiftningen där Du bor och att Du har rätt att delta i de Spel som erbjuds på Sajterna enligt de lagar som gäller för Dig;
4.1.2. Du deltar i Spelen i egenskap av icke-professionell enbart av rekreations- och underhållningsskäl;
4.1.3. Du deltar i Spelen för egen del och inte å någon annans vägnar;
4.1.4. Du inte bor i Israel, USA, Polen eller Sydafrika;
4.1.5. All information som Du lämnar till Gnuf enligt denna överenskommelse är sann, fullständig och korrekt, och att Du omedelbart gör Gnuf uppmärksamt på förändringar gällande denna information;
4.1.6. Du är ensamt ansvarig för att rapportera och bokföra alla skatter som gäller för Dig enligt tillämpliga lagar för alla vinster som Du får från Gnuf;
4.1.7. De pengar som Du sätter in på Ditt Spelkonto inte härrör från någon illegal verksamhet eller källa;
4.1.8. Du förstår att Du genom att delta i Spelen tar risken att förlora pengar som satts in på Ditt Spelkonto;
4.1.9. Användningen av alla typer av artificiell intelligens, inklusive och utan begränsningar, “robotar”, är strikt förbjuden vid deltagande i samtliga Spel på Sajterna. Allt deltagande i Spelen på Sajterna måste ske av Dig personligen genom användningen av de gränssnitt som tillhandahålls av Oss på Sajterna. Du accepterar att Gnuf kan vidta åtgärder för att upptäcka och förebygga användningen av förbjudna EPA-program. Dessa åtgärder kan omfatta, men är inte begränsade till, undersökning av mjukvaror som körs samtidigt som Gnufs mjukvara på Din dator.
4.1.10. I händelse av att Vi bedömer att Du varit involverad i bedräglig, olämplig, uppgjord eller annan lagvidrig verksamhet relaterad till Din eller någon tredje parts deltagande i något av Spelen på någon av Sajterna inklusive, men inte begränsat till, användningen av förbjudna EPA-program, användning av mjukvaruassisterade metoder eller tekniker eller hårdvaruanordningar för Ditt deltagande i något av Spelen, eller att Du har ägnat Dig åt maskopi eller försökt ägna Dig åt maskopi med en annan användare av Sajterna, har Vi rätt att vidta en åtgärd som Vi anser passande, inklusive och utan begräsning, omedelbar blockering av Ditt och berörda tredjeparters tillträde till Sajterna, avslutande av Ditt Spelkonto, beslagtagande av samtliga medel på Ditt Spelkonto och ogiltigförklarande av alla insatser som gjorts av Dig med hjälp av sådana bedrägliga metoder.
4.1.11. Vid insättningar och uttag av medel till och från Ditt Spelkonto ska Du enbart använda kreditkort och andra finansiella verktyg som är giltiga och som lagligen tillhör Dig.
4.1.12. Mjukvaran som Vi gör tillgänglig för Dig ägs av Microgaming och/eller andra licensgivare och skyddas av upphovsrättsliga lagar. Du får bara använda mjukvaran för rekreationsbruk i enlighet med alla regler, villkor och bestämmelser som Vi upprättat och i överensstämmelse med alla tillämpliga lagar, regler och föreskrifter. Härmed accepterar Du att följa Villkoren för användning som återfinns i Slutanvändarens Licensöverenskommelse.
4.1.13. Spel som spelas på Vår sajt spelas på samma sätt som spel spelade i andra sammanhang. Detta innebär att spelare ska uppträda hövligt gentemot varandra och undvika plumpa och obscena kommentarer.
5.1. Härmed bekräftar och accepterar Du att det är nödvändigt för Gnuf att samla in och spara Din personliga information för att ge Dig tillgång till och bruka Sajten samt att delta i spel. Härmed bekräftar och accepterar Du att alla telefonsamtal som Du gör till Gnuf spelas in för Ditt skydd och Din fördel.
5.2. Härmed bekräftar Företaget att Vi genom att samla in Din personliga information enligt förra stycket är bundna till Data Protection Act i kapitel 440 i Maltas lagstiftning. Företaget kommer att skydda Din privata information och respektera Din integritet i enlighet med den bästa sedvanan i branschen och tillämpliga lagar.
5.3. Gnuf kommer bara att använda Din personliga information för att låta Dig delta i spelen och för att kunna bedriva verksamhet som är relevant för Din medverkan i spelen.
5.4. Din privata information kommer inte att avslöjas för en tredje part, så länge ett sådant avslöjande inte är nödvändigt för att behandla Dina önskemål i relation till Ditt deltagande i spelen eller så länge det inte krävs enligt lagstiftningen. Härmed samtycker Du till sådana avslöjanden.
5.5. Du har rätt att få tillgång till dina personuppgifter såsom de finns sparade hos Gnuf.
5.6. För att kunna ge Dig en ändamålsenlig tjänst har Gnuf och/eller företag som tillhandahåller Gnuf tjänster rätt att föra över Din personliga information från ett land till ett annat. Härmed samtycker Du till att Din personliga information förs över på detta sätt.
5.7. Vid behandling av Ditt Spelkonto och därtill hörande transaktioner har Gnuf möjlighet att kontakta kreditupplysningsföretag, företag som arbetar mot bedrägeri samt företag som arbetar mot pengatvätt. Härmed samtycker Du till sådan kontakt. Gnuf kommer att instruera och auktorisera kreditinstitutionen där Spelarens konto finns att avslöja information som kan efterfrågas av LGA angående spelarens konto. Gnuf kan kommer att lämna ut personuppgifter på begäran av rådande myndigheter och/eller när en bestämmelse i gällande lagstiftning kräver att så sker.
5.8. För att göra Ditt besök på sajterna mer användarvänligt, för att hålla räkning på besök på sajterna och för att förbättra tjänsten samlar Gnuf in en liten informationsdel som skickas från Din webbläsare, kallad cookie. Du kan, om Du vill, stänga av cookies (information om hur Du gör detta hittar Du i instruktionerna för Din webbläsare). Notera dock att avstängda cookies kan begränsa Ditt användande av sajterna.
5.9. Vi har också möjlighet att informera Dig om förändringar, nya tjänster och erbjudanden som Vi tror att Du finner intressanta. Om Du inte önskar motta direkt marknadsföring av denna typ har Du möjlighet att välja bort den (information om hur Du gör detta hittar Du i instruktionerna för Din webbläsare).
5.10 Den data som Gnuf samlar in från Spelare kan överföras till och bevaras på en server utanför Europeiska ekonomiska samarbetsområdet (EES). Den kan också bearbetas av personal som arbetar utanför EES som arbetar för oss eller någon av våra leverantörer. Sådan personal kan ägna sig bland annat åt att fullfölja din beställning, genomföra din betalningsinformation och tillhandahålla supporttjänster. Genom att lämna dina personuppgifter samtycker du denna överföring, lagring eller bearbetning. Gnuf kommer att vidta alla nödvändiga åtgärder för att säkerställa att din information behandlas säkert och i enlighet med denna integritetspolicy. Även fast vi gör vårt bästa för att skydda dina personliga uppgifter så kan vi inte garantera säkerheten för de uppgifter som överförs till vår webbplats; all överföring sker på egen risk. När vi har fått din information så använder vi oss av strikta rutiner och säkerhetsfunktioner för att försöka hindra obehörig åtkomst.
6.1. Vi beviljar Dig härmed en hävningsbar, icke-exklusiv, icke överförbar rätt att använda Sajterna och Mjukvaran och allt innehåll som härrör från Sajterna och Mjukvaran, inklusive all upphovsrätt och intellektuell upphovsrätt däri, kopplat till Sajterna och Spelen i enlighet med dessa Regler & Villkor.
6.2. Du accepterar och samtycker till att all upphovsrätt, alla varumärken och all annan intellektuell upphovsrätt i allt material eller innehåll som levereras som del av Sajterna och Mjukvaran vid alla tidpunkter finns lagstadgat hos Oss eller Våra licensgivare. Du har rätt att använda detta material enbart efter Vårt eller Våra licensgivares uttryckliga medgivande.
6.3. Du accepterar och samtycker till att materialet och innehållet på Sajterna görs tillgängligt endast för Din icke-kommersiella användning och att Du får ladda ned sådant material och innehåll till endast en datorhårddisk i sådant syfte. All annan användning av sådant material och innehåll är strängt förbjuden. Du samtycker till att inte kopiera, reproducera, sända, publicera, visa, distribuera, kommersiellt utnyttja, manipulera eller skapa avledande verk av sådant material och innehåll. Du samtycker också till att inte assistera eller förenkla för någon tredje part att utföra sådan verksamhet.
7.1. Sajterna är designade för underhållningssyfte och för personligt bruk. Om Du någonsin blivit diagnosticerad med någon form av tvångsmässigt spelande är Du förbjuden att delta i spel för riktiga pengar på Sajterna. Om Du känner att Du har problem med tvångsmässigt eller vanemässigt spelande ber Vi Dig att söka professionell hjälp, och att undvika denna sajt och alla andra spelsajter. Sajterna stödjer ansvarsfullt spelande.
8.1. Om du har ett klagomål kan du skicka ett e-postmeddelande till kundsupporten på se-support@gnuf.com så kommer Gnuf att göra sitt bästa för att lösa problemet så fort som möjligt.

8.2 Din aktuella kontobalans och transaktionshistorik kan du se när som helst. Om det skulle finnas några anspråk eller tvister som uppstår från tidigare eller nuvarande transaktioner så är det bara att kontakta oss. Om vi inte kan bilägga tvisten så kommer vi att hänvisa tvisten till en förlikningsman, såsom IBAS, vars beslut kommer att vara slutgiltigt och en fullständig representation ges till alla inblandade parter
8.3 Gnuf kommer att försöka lösa alla tvister i tid och på ett ansvarsfullt sätt men när en tvist förblir olöst av båda parter så kan förlikning sökas, enligt beskrivning ovan. Om tvisten fortfarande är olöst efter denna process så kan tvisten överföras till LGA på complaints@lga.org.mt.
9.1. The Website and the computer software are provided “as is”. We make no warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy of the Website or the computer software.
9.2. We shall not be liable for computer malfunctions, failure of telecommunications service or Internet connections nor attempts by You to participate in games by methods, means or ways not intended by Us.
9.3. We cannot guarantee that the Service will never be faulty but we will correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. If a fault occurs You should report the fault by email or in writing to Customer Support.
9.4. Although We shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that the computer software and files are free from computer viruses We cannot and do not guarantee that the computer software and files are free of such problems. It is Your responsibility to protect Your systems and have in place the ability to reinstall any data or programmes lost due to a virus.
9.5. We may temporarily suspend the whole or any part of the Website for any reason at our sole discretion. We may, but shall not be obliged to, give You as much notice as is reasonably practicable of such suspension. We will restore the Website, as soon as is reasonably practicable, after temporary suspension.
9.6. In the event of a Website system malfunction all bets are void.
9.7. In accordance with clause 10 below, We will not be liable to You for any loss that You may incur as a result of such suspension or delay.
10.1 You indemnify and hold harmless Gnuf, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of Gnuf and any of its subsidiaries against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive or other) arising from any participation by You at the Websites. The nature of Your participation shall include, but not be limited to:
10.1.1. visiting, use or re-use of the Websites;
10.1.2. use or re-use of any materials at, or obtained from, the Websites of any other source whatsoever;
10.1.3. entry, use or re-use of the Websites servers;
10.1.4. facilitating or making a deposit into Your Gaming Account;
10.1.5. wagering or gaming at the Websites;
10.1.6. acceptance and use of any win or prize at or from the Websites;
10.1.7. use of re-use of the computer software, whether downloaded from the Websites or by any other means of through any other medium.
10.2 In no circumstances whatsoever shall Gnuf, its directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and affiliates, the ultimate parent and parent companies of Gnuf and any of its subsidiaries be liable to You in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss of damage howsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, or for any amounts whatsoever (even where We have been notified by You of the possibility of such loss or damage).
11.1. We may refuse to register You as a Player or elect to deregister and exclude You or suspend You as a Player from any or all of the Websites at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
11.2. You acknowledge hereby that Gnuf is not obliged to give You prior notice of its decision to refuse, deregister or exclude or suspend You, nor to furnish You with any reasons for such decision.
11.3. If we deregister or exclude or suspend You from the Websites We shall have the right to:
11.3.1. withhold payment to You of any contested funds whether such contested funds are deposits, refunds, bonuses, free monies, casino credits, payouts or the like; and/or
11.3.2. solely determine what criteria You shall have to meet in order to establish a New Gaming Account with Gnuf; and/or
11.3.3. in the case of fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct by You or failure by You to pay sums due to Us:
11.3.3.1. furnish any relevant information about You to an intra-group database recording such mischief and, if necessary, hand over your account details to a collections agency for the recovery of any sums that You owe Us. You hereby irrevocably authorise Us to do so in our absolute discretion, and/or
11.3.3.2. have forfeited to Us any contested funds that may be derived by You from fraudulent, illegal or similar misconduct.
11.4 We are aware that the good faith spirit of bonuses are sometimes abused and for this reason before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing of equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting, which all shall be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets using Your entire or the majority of Your account balance, where the majority of that balance is made up of bonus balance. The Casino reserves the right to decide in its sole discretion which activities constitute “irregular play” or “bonus abuse” for bonus play-through requirement purposes from time-to-time and to withhold any cash-ins where irregular play has occurred to meet bonus play-through requirements.
12.1. Gnuf employees, subsidiaries and affiliates connected to any referral programmes linked to Gnuf, advertising or other agencies, licensees, licensors, distributors and their other associated or affiliated companies or, in the case of individuals, the immediate family of such individuals, are not eligible to participate in the Games on the Websites.
13.1. No indulgence granted by Gnuf to You should be construed as a waiver of any of Gnuf’s rights in terms of these T&Cs.
14.1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these T&Cs shall create or confer any rights on any persons not party to these T&Cs.
15.1. If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&Cs and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
16.1. Gnuf reserves the right to assign or ot
herwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
17.1. Unless the context otherwise indicates, these T&Cs set out the entire agreement between Us and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, arrangements or understandings between Us. You acknowledge that You are not relying on any representation, agreement, term or a condition that is not set out in this Agreement.
18.1 Gnuf is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
18.2 Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Gnuf and it systems to facilitate arbitrage through currency exchange transactions. Where Gnuf deems that a Player has deliberately used the aforementioned systems for financial gain through arbitrage, any gains will be forfeited and deducted from the Players balance without warning or notification.
18.3 Players are strictly prohibited from utilising Gnuf and it systems to facilitate any type of illegal money transfer system. You will not use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to You. If Gnuf has a suspicion that You may be engaging in or have engaged in fraudulent, unlawful or improper activity, including, without limitation, money laundering activities, or conduct otherwise in violation of these T&C’s, Your access to the Website will be terminated immediately and/or Your account blocked. If Your account is terminated or blocked in such circumstances. Gnuf is under no obligation to refund to You any funds that may be in Your account. In addition Gnuf shall be entitled to inform relevant authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of Your identity and of any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity and You will cooperate fully with Gnuf to investigate any such activity.
18.4 Gnuf shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the T&C’S that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
18.5 In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on Your software and Gnuf’s server software, the result showing on Gnuf’s server software shall be the official and governing result.
18.6 You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that You collect from the Casino.

20.1 Identification Checks
Gnuf reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to:
• copy of card in question (if applicable)
• copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Drivers License
• documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.
20.2 Credit Checks
Gnuf reserves the right to run credit checks on all Cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.
20.3 Records
It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the Cardholder’s responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile.
20.4 Withdrawals
Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card. There may be charges incurred for withdrawals. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit.
